How to Build Your Seafood Basket at Tankk
We don't have a fixed "seafood basket" menu item, but that's actually better – you get to pick exactly what you want from our range of fresh WA seafood. The way most locals do it: grab a selection of our crispy battered Aussie prawns, Abrolhos sea scallops, salt and pepper calamari, battered squid rings, and crispy battered oysters. Add a serve of house fish (battered or grilled – your call), and finish it off with a family serve of chips and some house-made potato scallops. You've just built yourself a proper seafood feed.
Everything's cooked to order, so it's fresh when it hits the counter. If you want to keep things lighter or you're after grilled options, we've got barramundi fillet, local WA snapper fillet, and local gummy shark fillet – all available grilled with lemon pepper seasoning or using our low-gluten flour grilled option.
